KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Chiefs running back Charcandrick West (hamstring) missed a second straight day of practice, putting his status in the air for Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills.

West suffered the injury in Week 11, and the Chiefs could turn to Spencer Ware or Knile Davis if needed. Ware rushed for 96 yards and two touchdowns on 11 attempts in relief of West last week.

West and wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas, who also didn’t practice while recovering from a concussion, were present on the field observing teammates during the portion of practice open to the media.

Defensive end Allen Bailey (calf) and outside linebacker Dee Ford (back) missed a second straight day of practice.

Outside linebacker Tamba Hali (knee) did not practice Thursday after putting in a full practice Wednesday, but this has been Hali’s routine in the past month as the Chiefs take it easy on him.

The Chiefs added wide receiver Chris Conley (hand) to the injury report, but he put in a full practice.

Defensive end Mike DeVito (shoulder), cornerback Jamell Fleming (hamstring), tight end Travis Kelce (groin), rookie tight end Brian Parker (ankle, back) and rookie linebacker Ramik Wilson (ankle) practiced fully for a second straight day.

The Bills continue to list seven players on the injury report with no change in designations from Wednesday.
