Hunt portrayed the incident to the club in an entirely different light, and the video reflected poorly on the organization. The Chiefs took a calculated risk on Tyreek Hill, a move they felt comfortable enough to do based on Hill's candor and contrition. Hunt lacked both, and the club moved swiftly rather and appear indifferent.
