KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Chiefs list starting tight end Anthony Fasano (ankle) as doubtful on the final injury report.
Fasano suffered the injury in Week Two against the Dallas Cowboys. He didn’t practice this week as the Chiefs prepared for Thursday night’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Meanwhile, backup tight end Travis Kelce (knee) is questionable and was a limited participant in Tuesday’s practice.
If Kelce and Fasano are unavailable on Thursday night, the Chiefs have tight ends Sean McGrath and Kevin Brock, who signed on Monday, as the remaining options.
Also listed as questionable is starting cornerback Brandon Flowers (knee), who also put in a limited practice on Tuesday.
Still, Flowers should be on the field Thursday night barring a setback.
If Flowers is unavailable, the Chiefs could turn to Dunta Robinson, who returned to the team this week after missing last week’s game due to personal reasons.
The Chiefs list left tackle Branden Albert (shoulder), defensive end Mike DeVito (neck) and linebackers Nico Johnson (ankle), Dezman Moses (toe) and James-Michael Johnson (neck) as probable.
Albert put in a full practice on Tuesday.
