Chiefs Training Camp Opens July 27 at Missouri Western Campus in St. Joseph

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Chiefs will make their 12th trek up Interstate 29 to the campus of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph for their training camp, and it’s time for fans to party like it’s 2019.

For the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chiefs will host autograph sessions with players. That’s in addition to other special events including the NFL Camp Kickoff on July 30, Family Fun Day on Aug. 7 and Military Appreciation Day on Aug. 18.

Rookies and quarterbacks will report to camp on July 22 with a three-day minicamp running July 23-25. The remaining veterans are set to report on July 25.

A total of 15 of the 17 practices will be open to the public. The opening practice on July 27 and a second workout on Aug. 9 will be open exclusively to season ticket members who reserve advance tickets.

Fans attending training camp must reserve tickets in advance on the team’s website. Tickets are $5 on July 29-30 and Aug. 7. Tickets on other days are free. All tickets are mobile entry online available through the team’s mobile app.

Missouri Western will charge a $5 parking fee per vehicle per day. Parking will be free on season ticket member exclusive days. Parking purchases can also be made when reserving tickets.

If weather or field conditions force the team to work out indoors, practice will be closed to the general public. The club will announce practice status updates on its social media platforms.

Wednesday, July 27: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Exclusive season ticket member day (not open to the public)

Thursday, July 28: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Autographs: Linebackers

Friday, July 29: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Team autograph session
$5 admission fee

Saturday, July 30: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Team autograph session
NFL Camp Kickoff event
$5 admission fee

Autographs: Defensive backs
Chiefs Alumni Day

Tuesday, Aug. 2: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Autographs: Quarterbacks, running backs and specialists

Wednesday, Aug. 3: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Autographs: Offensive and defensive line

Thursday, Aug. 4: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Autographs: Wide receivers and tight ends

Friday, Aug. 5: Practice 9:15 a.m.
Autographs: Linebackers

Sunday, Aug. 7: Practice 9:15 a.m.
