Even on a day he wasn’t his sharpest, Patrick Mahomes…

Matt Derrick December 4, 2018

Grading Patrick Mahomes on a curve, Sunday's performance against the Raiders looked pretty ordinary. Yet Mahomes finished with 295 yards passing, four touchdowns, no turnovers and a handful of plays that make him an MVP candidate, says Seth Keysor of The Athletic.

A few moments stand out, especially the deep throw to Travis Kelce on the run to his right and the entire final touchdown drive that put the game away. Those were veteran moments from a young quarterback.
