Matt Derrick December 2, 2018

The Chiefs sought the security video of running back Kareem Hunt's alleged assault repeatedly before for the NFL asked the team to stop upon starting its own investigation, according to a report from The Athletic.

Nate Taylor also reports the Chiefs have expressed interest in helping Hunt continue his NFL career, albeit not with the club. Taylor reports the club provided Hunt counseling following two offseason incidents involving violence, and have sought to help Hunt continue getting help as he works to rebuild his career.
