Safety Eric Berry earned All-NFL honors from the voters for the second-consecutive season. Cornerback Marcus Peters, tight Travis Kelce and punt returner Tyreek Hill each earned their first selections.

All four players also appeared on the organizations All-AFC team. Peters earned conference recognition for the second straight year. The group named Hill as both the kick and punt returner for the All-AFC team.

Former Chief Rodney Hudson, now with the Oakland Raiders, earned All-AFC honors at center.

The PFWA announced the All-NFL and all-conference teams Monday. The group announces rookie of the year and all-rookie teams on Tuesday, followed by the most valuable player and offensive and defensive player of the year awards Wednesday. The coach, executive and assistant coach of the year awards are announced Thursday, followed by the comeback and most improved players of the year Friday.

The Chiefs have several candidates for multiple honors from the writers group.
