Left guard Ben Grubbs (neck), defensive end Mike DeVito (concussion) and rookie inside linebacker Ramik Wilson (ankle) will not play Sunday against the Detroit Lions.

Other than those three players, the Chiefs are in good shape.

Outside linebacker Tamba Hali (knee) returned to a full practice after not working out Wednesday.

Also putting in a full practice are tight end Travis Kelce (groin), wide receiverJeremy Maclin (concussion), linebacker Josh Mauga (groin, Achilles), defensive tackle Dontari Poe (ankle), quarterback Alex Smith (right thumb) and running back Charcandrick West (pectoral).

Barring a setback before Sunday, Hali, who has been dealing with swelling in his knee, should play against Detroit.

The Lions added cornerback Rashean Mathis to the injury report with an illness. Mathis was a limited participant in Thursday’s workout.

Of note for the Lions, wide receiver Calvin Johnson (not injury related) returned to a full practice after not working out Wednesday.
