KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A total of 11 players are listed on the Chiefs’ initial injury report for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin (concussion), outside linebacker Tamba Hali (knee), defensive end Mike DeVito (concussion) and rookie inside linebacker Ramik Wilson (ankle, knee) did not practice Wednesday afternoon.

The quartet’s listing is not a surprise since coach Andy Reid said after Wednesday morning’s practice the players would not participate in the afternoon practice.

Maclin and DeVito were on the field wearing baseball caps observing their teammates go through drills during the portion of practice open to the media.

The Chiefs list outside linebacker Justin Houston (elbow) and defensive tackle Dontari Poe (ankle) as limited participants.

Poe, who suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 5, did not practice in Week 6 and missed the game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Quarterback Alex Smith appears on the injury report with a right thumb injury, but he put in a full practice.

Joining Smith as full participants in practice are wide receiver Chris Conley (knee), tight end Travis Kelce (facial laceration), inside linebacker Josh Mauga (groin, Achilles) and kicker Cairo Santos (right foot).

Mauga makes his return to the practice field for the first since he suffered a groin injury in Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals. He has missed two straight games.

The Steelers also list 11 players on the initial report.

Of note for Pittsburgh, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (knee) practiced in a limited fashion, while quarterback Mike Vick (hamstring) did not practice.

Landry Jones would get the start Sunday if Roethlisberger and Vick can’t play.
