KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Chiefs list six players on the initial injury report for Monday night’s game against the New England Patriots.
Running back Jamaal Charles (ankle) headlines the list of players as putting in limited work Thursday.
Charles did not play in Week 3 after suffering the ankle injury the previous week, but appears on track to participate in Week 4 barring a setback.
The Chiefs also list linebacker Tamba Hali (ankle/knee), running back Joe McKnight (Achilles), cornerback Sean Smith (groin) and rookie running back/wide receiver De’Anthony Thomas (hamstring) as limited.
Strong safety Eric Berry (ankle) did not practice.
The Patriots list seven players on the initial injury report with six as limited. The notable limited player is two-time Pro Bowl tight end Rob Gronkowski (knee).
