KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles (knee, ankle) returned to a full practice Friday and is officially listed as probable for Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders.

More importantly, coach Andy Reid doesn’t appear concerned on utilizing Charles if the head coach’s one-word response offers a clear indication.

“Yeah,” Reid said on Charles receiving a full workload during his Friday post-practice media session.

The Chiefs list defensive end Allen Bailey (concussion) as out. Bailey suffered his concussion in Week 13 and did not play in Week 14.

Defensive lineman Vance Walker is set to make a second straight start in Bailey’s place.

Rookie cornerback Phillip Gaines is doubtful after sustaining a concussion during Wednesday’s practice.

The Chiefs have options to consider at left cornerback if Gaines is unavailable, namely Jamell Fleming, Marcus Cooper and potentially sliding Chris Owens (knee, probable) from the nickel cornerback spot.

“They’ve all worked in there,” Reid said.

Outside linebacker Tamba Hali (knee) is questionable after putting in a limited practice Friday. Hali did not practice Wednesday and Thursday.

The Chiefs list as probable in addition to the Charles and Owens the following players: Free safety Husain Abdullah (foot), wide receiver Donnie Avery (groin), tight end Anthony Fasano (knee), wide receiver Junior Hemingway (concussion), linebacker James-Michael Johnson (back, knee), linebacker Joe Mays (knee) and cornerback Sean Smith (groin).

The Raiders list 10 players on the final injury report. Safety Larry Asante is among the four players listed as out for Sunday’s game.
