KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Chiefs are without defensive end Allen Bailey (concussion) and wide receiver Junior Hemingway (concussion) for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Kansas City officially ruled Bailey and Hemingway as out.
Hemingway will miss a second straight game since suffering his concussion in Week 12, while Bailey sustained his concussion in Week 13.
Wide receiver Jason Avant is in line to see the snaps out of the slot position in Hemingway’s absence.
Kansas City will likely utilize a rotation between Vance Walker and Kevin Vickerson to fill in for Bailey.
The Chiefs list 13 players as probable, headlined by running back Jamaal Charles.
Charles, who suffered a bruised knee in Week 13, put in a full practice the entire week and is on track to start Sunday.
“He’s fine,” coach Andy Reid said Friday. “He hasn’t missed a snap.”
The Cardinals ruled starting running back Andre Ellington (hip, foot) as out, while starting wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (knee) is officially listed as questionable against the Chiefs.
Fitzgerald practiced fully Friday after being limited the previous two days.
