KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Chiefs officially list wide receiver A.J. Jenkins (shoulder) and cornerback Chris Owens (knee) as not practicing Tuesday.
The short turnaround from Week 11 and considering the Chiefs don’t practice Wednesday due to traveling to Oakland for Thursday night’s game places Jenkins’ and Owens’ availability against the Raiders in doubt.
The Chiefs, however, could have optimism over tight end Anthony Fasano (knee) and potentially Donnie Avery (groin), as both players put in limited work Tuesday.
“We’ll just see how they handle today,” coach Andy Reid told reporters following the morning walk-through. “We’ll be inside here. Fully controlled ground surface so we’ll see how they handle that.”
Fasano did not play in Week 11, while Avery continues to recover from a sports hernia procedure that has cost him six straight games.
Linebacker Tamba Hali (knee) also put in a limited practice, but there’s no cause for alarm with his status.
The Chiefs list as full participants the following players: Cornerback Jamell Fleming (hamstring), right guard Zach Fulton (ankle), cornerback Phillip Gaines (ankle, quadricep), tight end Travis Kelce (ribs, shoulder), left guard Mike McGlynn (knee) and cornerback Sean Smith (groin).
Fleming put in a full practice Tuesday, but the Chiefs may not feel a need to rush him back.
“I would tell you it’s probably going to be a bit of a struggle for him to get back right now,” Reid said. “But he’s able to move around and do some things.”

McGlynn put in a full practice Tuesday after being limited Monday.
The Raiders added linebacker Miles Burris to the injury report with a hip injury. Burris was limited along with starting quarterback Derek Carr (quad).
Carr doesn’t appear concerned about his injury.
“I did everything today,” Carr said during Tuesday’s conference call with Chiefs beat writers. “It happened in the first quarter of the Charger game, so I played with it. It wasn’t anything bad. It was just a little stiff afterwards, obviously with the flight and sleeping on it. Today it felt just fine.”
