KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Chiefs reported no new injury issues on Tuesday and seem to have a full contingent ready for Thursday’s season opener on the road at New England.
The biggest injury question for the Chiefs surrounded kicker Cairo Santos. Three full days of practice following his preseason debut Thursday appear to have gone off without a hitch. Santos looks ready to handle full kicking duties against the Patriots.
Tight end Travis Kelce (calf) and safety Ron Parker (ankle) appeared on Monday’s injury report. Head coach Andy Reid reported no injuries after Tuesday’s practice that would any availability for Thursday night.
Left guard Parker Ehinger (knee) will likely inactive Thursday night. The same holds true for newcomers linebacker Reggie Ragland (knee) and offensive lineman Cameron Erving.
