Matt Derrick April 4, 2023

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Travis Kelce has in the past implored fans to fight for their right to party, and on NFL Draft weekend he’s planning to host a party of his own.

The Chiefs tight end on Tuesday unveiled Kelce Jam, a music festival featuring Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross and Tech N9ne among others. The festival kicks off at 6 p.m. April 28 at Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Event organizers expect 15,000 fans to attend the event.

The festival coincides with the NFL Draft but Kelce describes it as another lap in the Super Bowl victory parade.

“KC, just wait to see what I have in store for you all with my inaugural Kelce Jam — Draft Weekend’s biggest event ever featuring my homies Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross, Loud Luxury and Tech N9ne, some of KC’s best eats, awesome brand activations, and unmatched championship energy,” he said in a statement announcing the event.

General admission tickets start at $49.99 while TickPick VIP passes start at $224.99. The presale for tickets begins at 10 a.m. April 7 at KelceJam.com, and the organizer encourages fans to register line in advance for the presale.

Kelce is partnering with on the festival with Medium Rare, an events company that has partnered with other athletes and brands to create events including Shaquille O’Neals Fun house, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Tailgate and Rob Gronkowski’s Gronk Beach among others.
