PHILADELPHIA – The Kansas City Chiefs are down to two healthy tight ends for Thursday night’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Starter Anthony Fasano, who entered Thursday as doubtful with a sprained ankle, and his primary backup, Travis Kelce (knee) are inactive.
Backups Sean McGrath, who joined the Chiefs a day after the team set the initial 53-man regular season roster, and Kevin Brock are left on the roster.
McGrath saw action against the Cowboys and recorded two catches for 31 yards, including a 22-yard reception, on eight targets.
Brock signed with the team on Monday.
Also inactive for the Chiefs are quarterback Tyler Bray, linebacker Nico Johnson, center Eric Kush, defensive tackle Jaye Howard and linebacker Josh Martin.
Meanwhile, cornerback Brandon Flowers (knee) and left tackle Branden Albert (shoulder) are active.
