NFL moves Texans-Chiefs to late afternoon slot

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Week Seven’s matchup between the Houston Texans and Chiefs has been moved from 1 p.m. ET to 4:25 p.m. ET, the NFL announced Thursday.

The NFL said in a new release “the move was made to accommodate regional broadcast patterns.”

Entering Week Five, the Texans are currently 2-2 while the Chiefs are 4-0.

The Chiefs host the Texans on October 20 at Arrowhead Stadium.
