KANSAS CITY, Mo. – At least one Chiefs’ 2015 regular-season game is officially in the books with a start time.
The Chiefs will host the Detroit Lions for a home game in London on Nov. 1, 2015 with an 8:30 a.m. CST kickoff at Wembley Stadium, the NFL announced Thursday.
The Lions-Chiefs matchup is one of three International Series matchups scheduled for the 8:30 a.m. CST kickoff, the league announced.
The other two games feature the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins on Oct. 4, and the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 25.
Kansas City’s 2015 opponents:
Home: Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions (London)
Away: Denver Broncos, Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Houston Texans, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings
The league will release the official 2015 schedule, complete with dates and times, in the spring.
NFL Kickoff 2015 Weekend is scheduled for Sept. 10.
