Hurricane Dorian is wreaking havoc with Jacksonville's preparations for Sunday's season opener against the Chiefs. Head coach Doug Marrone let his team off Tuesday and Wednesday with plans to return to practice Thursday. While the NFL continues monitoring the situation, there is no plan as of yet to alter the game's noon kickoff scheduled for Sunday.
