ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — The Chiefs picked up former Baylor wide receiver Antwan Goodley on Friday ahead of the first full team practice of training camp while waiving wide receiver Alonzo Moore.
Goodley signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2015. He also spent time with the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers but has yet to appear in an NFL regular season game.
He played in three preseason games for the Packers last season, catching six passes for 79 yards.
The 5-10, 212-pound receiver played in 47 games at Baylor, catching 150 passes for 2,366 yards and 21 touchdowns. He posted career bests with 71 catches for 1,339 yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior in 2013.
Goodley posted a 4.44 40-yard dash at the 2015 NFL Combine.
Moore joined the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent from Nebraska this spring. He posted 60 catches for 981 yards and eight touchdowns over four seasons with the Huskers.
The team waived Moore with an injury designation. He will return to the team for his rehabilitation if he clears waivers.
