The Kansas City Chiefs’ list of regular season opponents in 2013 reflects a swing through the AFC South and NFC East, according to list released earlier in the week by the NFL.
The league’s official regular season schedule with times and dates is scheduled for release in the spring.

The AFC South, led by the Texans (12-4) and Colts (10-6), finished the 2012 season with a combined 31-33 record. The Texans and Colts qualified for the playoffs.
The NFC East, led by the Redskins (10-6), also finished the 2012 season with a combined 31-33 record. The Redskins were the only team from the division to make the playoffs.
The Chiefs also face the Browns (5-11) and Bills (6-10) in 2013.
