KANSAS CITY, Mo. —  Safety Ron Parker will start for the Kansas City Chiefs in their season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles after being listed questionable for the game with an ankle injury.

The team also listed Parker questionable in week one against the New England Patriots. The starting free safety played all 81 defensive snaps in the game.

The Chiefs also listed linebacker Reggie Ragland and left guard Parker Ehinger as inactive as the continue recovering from injuries. Offensive lineman Jordan Devey is also inactive. That leaves Zach Fulton and Cameron Erving as the backup offensive lineman for the game.

The team also continues carrying five active inside linebackers on game day. Kevin Pierre-Louis, listed as questionable with an illness, will play along with reserves Ukeme Eligwe and Terrance Smith. All three backups play extensively on special teams.

The Eagles will be without starting corner Ronald Darby, who sustained a dislocated ankle last week. The team has only six inactive players after placing running back Donnel Pumphrey on injured reserve.

CHIEFS INACTIVES

QB Tyler Bray, CB D.J. White, DL Jarvis Jenkins, LG Parker Ehinger, LB Reggie Ragland, OL Jordan Devey and WR Jehu Chesson.

EAGLES INACTIVES:

CB Ronald Darby, WR Shelton Gibson, WR Marcus Johnson, DE Steven Means, DT Destiny Vaeao and G Chance Warmack.
