The move means that three of the team’s final six games are now scheduled as primetime games. The Chiefs host the Oakland Raiders at 7:25 p.m. Dec. 8 on Thursday Night Football. The rematch with the Broncos kicks off Christmas Night at 7:30 p.m. at Arrowhead Stadium.

The flex schedule moves the New England at New York Jets game previously scheduled for Sunday night to 3:25 p.m. on CBS.

The five-game winning streak brings the national spotlight on the team, but the Chiefs record at night under Coach Andy Reid stands just 2-6. But the Chiefs hold a five-game losing streak in primetime games. The team’s last win in primetime cam in week four of the 2014 with the 41-14 dismantling of the New England Patriots at Arrowhead Stadium
