Not practicing Wednesday due to injuries are left tackle Branden Albert (knee), tight end Anthony Fasano (concussion, knee) and linebacker Justin Houston (elbow).

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said during his media session that Fasano hasn’t been cleared and didn’t sound overly optimistic on Fasano’s availability for Sunday.

“I don’t know that,” Reid said when asked if Fasano could play. “We’re going to take it day by day. That’s up to the tests.”

Meanwhile, listed as limited participants are defensive end Mike DeVito (knee) and free safety Kendrick Lewis (knee).

The Chiefs list the following as full participants: Guard Jeff Allen (groin, knee), guard Jon Asamoah (shoulder), wide receiver Donnie Avery (shoulder), right tackle Eric Fisher (shoulder), linebacker Tamba Hali (ankle), center Rodney Hudson (elbow), wide receiver A.J. Jenkins (hand), defensive back Ron Parker (shoulder), offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz (bicep) and fullback Anthony Sherman (knee).

Of note for the Chiefs, wide receiver Dexter McCluster appears as not practicing with a non-injury related issue.

The Chiefs didn’t comment on his absence, but McCluster’s girlfriend gave birth Wednesday to their daughter, as tweeted by McCluster.
